Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. - Delivery
Estimated delivery to European destinations is 5–9 business days after dispatch. Shipments are handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority. Tracking notifications are sent automatically at each stage, from dispatch to final delivery. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, these may be affected by customs or carrier operations. Should a shipment exceed the standard transit window, we guarantee an investigation and will provide either a replacement shipment or a full refund. - Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the customer’s specified address. We remain fully responsible for the goods throughout the transit process until successful delivery is confirmed. - Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EEA/EU may exercise their statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You may withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please email our customer service team. Goods must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible. - Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer service via email immediately. Please provide your order number, a brief description, and photographs of the item. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. You are not required to return damaged or defective items to receive your remedy. - Returns and Refunds
